"We encouraged other family members from out of town to stay at the Hampton Inn. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience. On our last night, our room key, along with 3 others, was mysteriously deactivated. With our rooms on the 4th floor, one family member for each room went back to the lobby for a new key. Two members encountered a staffer who refused to provide a new key because their name wasn't on the reservation even though they could provide ID with the same address as the guest on...

"I booked and paid for double beds. Upon arriving, I ending up with a king size bed. There was a lot of dust and the facilities were outdated. Generally when booking with Holiday Inn my expectation is four to five stars. Unfortunately this time around it didn’t meet those expectations "

"The stay was good, with the exception of the front desk arguing and having to remove a family from right across our room. Check-in was smooth. Security deposit is $100 and they accept cash, which is a plus. They serve the same breakfast every morning, but it’s a hot breakfast. The bathroom could’ve been cleaned better. "
