Was a clean property with very hospitable employees. The only complaint that I have is that the pool was very cold and the hallways were very cold as well. Thus it was freezing transporting kids from the pool to the room.

We stayed in room #304. The room smelled like somebody had smoked a lot there. In the evening and then in the morning we had no hot water, so we had to take cold shower. This issue was fixed only after we complained about it.

For a Radisson I expected better quality since it's supposed to be an upscale hotel. We reserved through a third party and ended up not getting what we reserved and the room was not completely clean. Carpets not vacuumed for sure RM 311

Motel is right off Hway 45, easy access to Tinley Park restaurants and shopping. Nice, clean and quiet. Would go back if we returned to the area!

Seriously … the photos don’t reflect how poorly this facility is maintained and the cleanliness level is non existent. Literally has ants walking around my ordered food the minute I stepped in. Avoid at all costs.
