"This Vrbo was perfect for my group of 10 friends. We came out to Arizona for 4 nights to attend the two day festival, Decadence, for new years; the house is 20 minutes from the Phoenix raceway. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, utensils, mixed drink station, pitcher, and appliances. It definitely felt like their home not just a cheap house someone put together to make a quick buck. The heater and air conditioning works strong, and there were plenty of fans and blankets to keep us...

"Beautiful property. perfect for a group of 8! ... There were minor problems with communication. Information was not clear. Had to call to clarify on entry into property using lockpad. Code was incomplete. I guess they assumed we would know how to complete the code to gain entry. Also, WiFi password what not available to us till we called to get it hours later. I think that information should be readily available on arrival. I suggest they should work on correcting these two simple issues, which...

"House was nice for 10 people. Wish there were TV’s in each of the room. The guest toilet took a long time to fill up in between flush’s. I called management and someone called me the next day. We ended up figuring out if we filled the tank up after every flush we didn’t have to wait. So I let management know we handled the situation and they were going to take care of it for the next guests. We don’t get to use the pool because of the weather but we did use the pool table and had a lot of fun. "

"SO hot out, we simply went back to the house and lounged and enjoyed the pool, patio, space. Perfect, and we appreciate the oasis and relaxing space. There were ants, but the owner responded quickly and they dissipated with spray. Not a cleanliness issue, just the nature of the area. House was clean, well stocked, comfortable and as advertised. Communication was good. Beds were comfortable, showers good. Pool and hot tub clean. Garage parking available to get the car out of the sun. Great...
