"The coffee machine did not work at breakfast and they need to somehow highlight the location of elevators on the room floors. We walked past it twice because it blends right in with he room doors. The staff was great. the location and comfort of the room was very nice. Easy to get from airport to hotel via the hotel Lyft service. Love the cookies on arrival."

"I loved the affordability of this older gem in Scottsdale! They only recently now accept dogs, but with a high daily rate instead of a special deposit. I was able to negotiate to comparable hotels. We enjoyed the very large public park right outside the door…that runs for several city blocks. It has playgrounds, a bike path, duck ponds, a skate park, and a frisbee golf course. Fry’s grocery store is across the street, to stock the mini fridge in the room…since there is only free coffee...

"Arrived after 11pm once flight landed and I picked up my hire car. The staff member on the front desk was very polite, they could only offer me a 4th floor room for the few hours I’m here between flights and the elevator was broken so heavy bags pulled up the stairs. They said I could have a refund but then that would have left me with no where to sleep for the night. The car park was a little scary with the people in it with their trolleys (single female traveller so I’m hoping my hire car...

"Property is old, our air conditioning was extremely noisy and made it hard to get a good night sleep. Facility was clean and so was the room. "

"Great hotel near airport - walk across street to get on SkyTrain to airport. Facilities clean, on site bar with reasonable beer prices and rooms are well insulated for sound - I was on ground floor and there was a lot of activity at the bar and I hear none of it in my room. Have stayed here several times and is a go-to when transiting phx."
