"The hotel is immaculate and beautifully recently renovated. Check in was amazing and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. In the room there are little touches like coffee machine, robe and slippers and complimentary drinks. The bathroom had beautiful finishes- tiles wallpaper and gold taps. The beds were comfortable. The staff made our stay so personal for my best friends 50th with a personlised note in the mirror and a complimentary chilled bottle of wine brought up to us on our arrival. The location is perfect for exploring the shops on Oxford street and was walkable to The Palladium. I can’t fault this gorgeous hotel in central London, it’s an absolute gem. The staff were the best and made our time here so special! "
