"Everything was fine based on the very reasonable room rate and including excellent breakfast. However the communal areas of the hotel, including staircase needed a good clean and an hour's painting touch-up."

"Hotel has been refurbished to give a boutique look. Room was not as clean as previous visits. Fecal traces in toilet and cobwebs in bathroom with crumbs on floor. Coffee tray was meanly stocked and coffee bags were not good. Bed was comfortable and decoratively it looked good."

"It used to be the perfect place to stay in the region, but I see it starts to lose its service level. Waiting for osomeone to come to the reception for 20 minutes and it took another 20 mins to check us in...and we are regularly going there for business."
