"Smelly property that did not feel clean, didn’t feel like a particularly safe neighbourhood - and the double door and strong locking mechanisms only made us more worried. Old towels, bedding didn’t smell clean, untidy bathroom. We stayed the night as a last resort and got out of there early in the morning. Went to Carcassonne a castle that was unexpectedly large and beautiful. "

"Loved the apartment. Clean, roomy, attractive, comfortable, everything worked. Terrace was excellent. Everything for an extended stay. Great quiet location, minutes from sites and eateries. Communication was excellent. Wine basket was a nice touch. Stairs were a bit of a challenge, but would not prevent me from looking to book this apartment again if I return to Carcassonne. "Great location by the Canal du Midi, which has a cycle route alongside. We cycled in both directions, and another day took the bikes by car to cycle further away. Also good access to Carcassonne and supermarkets by car. Comfortable gite, looks just like the photos. Enough kitchen equipment and a three-ring induction hob for eating in.
