"Probably the best hotel i’ve ever stayed in (and i’ve stayed in a lot). My upgrade was to the most amazing suite with a terrace the size of a tennis court overlooking the city walls. The attention by staff was next level. The food, drinks, gardens, pool, all superb. I don’t think i’ve ever been so enchanted by a place. Cannot recommend this place enough, it’s like stepping into another enchanted world. "

"We really enjoyed this place. The location was great - walking distance to shopping, sightseeing, and restaurants. We were able to use the hotel parking which was very convenient. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was great! Would highly recommend it!"

"This property is ideally situated between La Cite and La Bastide. There is a beautiful courtyard garden ideal for relaxing before heading off for an evening meal at one of the good restaurants in the immediate vicinity (but be aware that many are closed on Wednesdays). An excellent place to stay for a short break in Carcassonne."

"Lovely hotel close to one of the main gates of the medieval city of Carcassone. Many of the rooms are in a separate building behind the main hotel site but bar, breakfast, pool are at the main site. The room i had was an ok size with a good sized bathroom but was in need of some redecorating (wallpaper coming off the walls). Other rooms in my corridor looked nicer and individually decorated so i don’t think it was the same standard everywhere. The rest of the facilities were very good, including a very nice pool, lounger and jacuzzi! Very nice breakfast for €18 pppd with lots of local products. "

"It's just a motel room really. Comfortable bed, pillow a little firm for me. Free air-conditioning and WiFi. Very clean and the lady on reception is lovely. There is some traffic noise but not too bad. It's situated on a industrial estate about 5km from Carcassonne. I walked it and the French don't seem to believe in pavements, don't do as I did and take the longer scenic route back because you'll have to walk in the road. I'd definitely stay here again."

"Went for a week in the beautiful Carcassonne. The hotel was in a perfect location and the rooms and bar were lovely. The housekeeping came and cleaned up the rooms and put new towels in the every day! I especially liked the Google Chromecast! Came in very useful. "

"Wonderful little Ibis 15 minutes walk to the medieval town of Carcassonne. Buffet breakfast very cheap for Europe plus a seating area outside, where you can take your own food and drinks in the evening. Basic but perfect. "
