"Amazing property. Modern Omni resort with a strong historical connection. Where else can you enjoy the same hot springs that George Washington and Thomas Jefferson swam in. Very high class being America’s “first resort”. Had a blast! FYI if you do book, make sure you also book out your activities at least a month out in advance otherwise you will miss out on a lot of high-end/fun activities and experiences; since people all over the world come to this isolated resort in the beautiful mountains of Virginia"

"Great staff at the Inn at Warm Springs. Historic buildings and great location. On the downside (and decidedly minor issues): heater/AC unit is loud, and bathroom door needed a shot of WD-40 to eliminate the noisy close. Finally, I'm not a fan of the type of bed they had in our room (gel foam). Other than those minor issues, our stay was great. Located across the street from the Jefferson Pools, and convenient to the Garth Newel Center, the Inn is reasonably priced and served a good breakfast. I'd stay again. "

"This property was EXCEPTIONALLY clean! It appeared that this was a brand new facility in every area we were in. The showers were very clean, including the shower curtain. The toilet looked like it had never been sat on. We stayed in a primitive cabin, with our own locked toilet and locked shower room within a communal building. The entire building was immaculate! Our cabin was perfectly clean as well. The only issue was a torn screen on one of the windows and even with the heat "off", it was too warm to sleep. We opted to turn the breaker off to the heat and slept very well (47-59° outside during our stay). The staff was very friendly and helpful. My son loved feeding the trout and petting the lodge cat. No wifi, ac, or tv in the primitive cabin, but we dont use those things anyway. When i needed to call home, i stood on the porch of the gift shop/lobby/restaurant and got a strong wifi signal to video call. We will definitely be back! We look forward to being lulled to sleep by the Elk River (borders property) again! "

"Perfect location and super cozy cabin. Ideal for a weekend getaway from the city. Super clean and tidy, great amenities and very friendly hosts. Almost forgot the maple syrup, delicious so be sure to pick some up from their small shop near the cabin!"

"My family and I had a great experience here. The host was very accommodating and understood when something did go wrong (on our end). The property did have a few issues but those are honestly due to it being a rental and not caused by host neglect. We would absolutely stay again."
