"This property was a separate building in a total of 3 units. It was like a little oasis in the town. Coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance and the beach was also close. The ynit was very nice (ipdated) and clean. "

"This house was perfectly located for the wedding my family was attending. It is a short walk to a nice, calm beach. Beware, this beach has tar. The house is managed by a professional management company. There were several areas with lots of cobwebs that clearly had not been cleaned in a while. That was disappointing. "We stayed for 8 nights, it was great. Plenty of room inside and well equipped with just about everything you need (sadly we didn't notice the blueberry muffins the host had provided until we were leaving!). The deck and outdoor space were great with seabreeze and views. Our dog particularly enjoyed the ability to roam around outside without leash. Easy access to downtown SB, Montecito and spectacular beaches east of SB. Would love to return!"

"My family spent Labor Day weekend in Chris' Cabin. What a great place for a quick little family getaway. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Chris is a great host and makes sure you are set for your visit. The cabin's king and queen beds upstairs are comfortable. We did not use the twin beds downstairs.
