Everything about this property is perfect for those looking to explore more rural America while maintaining a semblance of home. The cabin itself was very accommodating and stocked with just about everything you could want for a vacation rental. However, the "backyard" of this property was the highlight for the majority of our nights spent featuring a natural firepit with plenty of provided firewood, a hot tub, propane grill—all surrounded by hilly forestry and a calm little creek. The area was perfect for spontaneously exploring various trails and overlooks within a 30-60 minute drive. Lastly, this "neighborhood" of cabin rentals strikes the sweet spot between privacy and reassurance that you aren't completely secluded—something that may be important for first-time explorers of more rural areas like ourselves. Undoubtably planning on booking this cabin again!"
