"This cottage was absolutely perfect for our stay in St. Charles. It was walking distance to the downtown area right next to a path down the river. We stayed here with our baby and grandparents and it was a great set up. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We came to watch the Kane County Cougar baseball and the Labor Day weekend with our family inc a baby. The house was well equipped for cooking and enjoying TV and dinners. Loved having lots extra towels available and a washer and dryer . The location was great for walking to Historic Downtown Geneva and St. Charles to the restaurants and stores and to walk along the Fox River. Great memories of our day !"

"While the yard lacked care & maintenance the inside was super clean & provided many upscale features. Soft linens on firm beds, kitchen amenities with brand name, not generic, products. VRBO photos match - it is as shown."

"I rented this home for 5 nights for a family reunion nearby. It was the perfect size for me, my daughter, my son and his wife, and 6 grandchildren ranging in age from 11-17. The kitchen is stocked with coffee and basic staples such as spices, syrup, etc. There is no dishwasher but there was dish soap and a drying rack. There was adequate seating for our group. Beds were very comfortable. There was a closet with hangers in one downstairs bedroom and one luggage rack, but the other bedroom...

"Highly recommend staying at this family friendly property! It is a perfect house for groups, especially with kids. The backyard was so much fun for our 3 year old and the location is great- close to parks, playgrounds and downtown Geneva and St. Charles. The property was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the stay in comfort. Would definitely stay here again!"
