Great experience! The staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel itself was clean and smelled clean as well. No stains on towels or bedding. Excellent hot water and pressure with all showers. We did not eat breakfast there only because we were visiting family due to a loss. We didn’t have time to check out the pool unfortunately. The only thing we noticed that could be improved was the bed. It wasn’t terrible but one a bit more comfortable would’ve made our stay darn near perfect!

We've been going to this hotel for close to 20 years as it used to be the only place to stay when visiting family. But, it hasn't been updated since then. The carpeting in our room was crunchy. The bathroom tile was cracked. The ceilling in the shower had a massive patch in the drywall that was never painted. The shampoo/soap set wasn't even a matching set.

We are a cheerleading organization who stayed at Country Inn and the experience was horrible. The check in process took over 45 mins to check in 8 rooms. The man who owns it or runs it is super rude and needs to learn how to talk to CUSTOMERS! Very demeaning when he talks to you and he shorted us a whole room. He didn’t even keep my squad together we were all over the hotel which was horrible and we were told to keep quiet when the kids were “walking and just talking” in the halls. This place smells like old people and is super hot. The owner again complained about us the whole time and his night manager (African American lady) I don’t know her name was acting like she was working for “60 Days In”. Talk about a drill Sargent. Place is NOT for kids. They act like it’s some high class hotel where u need to mind your P’s and Q’s every single moment. For the record- one of my kids lost her stuffed animals and I called the hotel to have them double check the room and they refused to even look.

I had no hot water for the 2 days i was there. The maintenance guy was an ass with no customer service exp and it shows. The maintenance guy told me that they have 3 water heaters and 1 was working. He also told me if i wanted hot water to shower in, i was to wait 10-15 minutes as if that would solve anything. I would not trust any positive stars for this property.
