It is a split level home the upstairs and downstairs have 2 separate entrances. The entrances to both are outside. So I do not recommend if you have kids. But for 2 couples, it’s perfect. "We have stayed at this spot multiple times now, and love it every time - if it's sunny and beautiful, or rainy and cozy. It has everything you need and we really like the one room kitchen/living room layout upstairs, with the bedrooms/bathroom downstairs. Also great to have the deck when it's sunny to sit with coffee and a book and listen to and see the ocean. We will definitely be back!"
