"This was our first stay in Bali. We had one of the garden rooms. It was beautiful and clean!!! The staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable! "Bit of a mix-up with airport transport on arrival so only 4 stars for that. They’ve changed their contact procedure as a direct result so well done for that. Other than that it’s a peaceful, spotless relaxing oasis, beautiful gardens, lovely staff and the lovely Putu arranged a boat for snorkelling one day and took me on a hike in the countryside to the traditional village and a honey & coffee farm on another day.
