A great position but service isn't really up to scratch. Routine requests were made unnecessarily difficult. For example, when I called desk to ask for milk and teabags housekeeping failed to restock that day, instead of just sending the items up, a staff member came to room to "inspect" minibar and said this was my fault for displaying "do not disturb" sign, which was rubbish as they'd cleaned and made the bed just fine earlier. Then required a visit from a 2nd staff member to get the milk as the first guy came empty handed and only seemed interested in starting an argument. I wouldn't return.

Gorgeous hillside location with stunning views of the bay. Short walk to several beaches and with an accessible road at the top for access to restaurant pick ups. Rooms are immaculate and service was super friendly. We particularly loved the breakfasts, where instead of a wasteful buffet, you could choose from a menu- all options were delicious

Beautiful quiet hotel in great location to beach and shops/restaurants. Breakfast was awesome and restaurant really lovely. Very accomodating friendly staff. Only negative is the suite with pool doesn’t have the best view of the ocean. Can be seen but not as nice as other rooms. Would definitely stay again. We loved Nusa Lembongan

Such a fabulous hotel. We loved our room and outdoor bathroom and the stunning surrounds and gardens, as well as the 3 pools. The staff were so kind and friendly. The a la carte breakfast was beautiful and we enjoyed eating at The Deck and having a drink at the Howff bar on the water. The views here can not be beaten plus we could walk to a lot of nearby restaurants.
