We loved our time staying at this resort. The property is beautiful and close to Ubud (they offer a free shuttle or a $4 taxi ride). But the standout for this resort is the exceptional staff and service they provide. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Ubud.

The design of the hotel and its 6 hectares of land is genius. The open plan flow from outside to the reception, bar and restaurant brought the outside inside. The hotel is beautiful in the day and stunning at night

Fantastic resort and great accommodation. Staff were friendly and could not do enough. The only issue we had was the location. It’s listed as city centre but it is not. The map location is not correct. It’s around a 30 minute walk out of the centre. Due to a recent landslide, Taxis and the hotel shuttle have to take around a 20 minute diversion to get to and from town. The walk to town is not practical at night as the road is in darkness . Loved the hotel but had to use Taxi’s every night. These costed around a £5 a night from the market square to the Bridge where the landslide took place . The walk from the bridge is a further 400m but was better than the 25 minute diversion

Folks, you got the address wrong on the hotels.com site. Also, there was a landslide and this led to the road leading up to the hotel being closed. The hotel should inform guests about this as it's a 20-25 min additional time to travel there.
