The design of the hotel and its 6 hectares of land is genius. The open plan flow from outside to the reception, bar and restaurant brought the outside inside. The hotel is beautiful in the day and stunning at night

Visesa Ubud is the BEST resort I have had the pleasure to visit. The facilities are spectacular. The staff are professional, accommodating, and kind. And the food is outstanding. You could NOT have a better hotel experience in Ubud!

Fantastic resort and great accommodation. Staff were friendly and could not do enough. The only issue we had was the location. It’s listed as city centre but it is not. The map location is not correct. It’s around a 30 minute walk out of the centre. Due to a recent landslide, Taxis and the hotel shuttle have to take around a 20 minute diversion to get to and from town. The walk to town is not practical at night as the road is in darkness . Loved the hotel but had to use Taxi’s every night. These costed around a £5 a night from the market square to the Bridge where the landslide took place . The walk from the bridge is a further 400m but was better than the 25 minute diversion

Important: If booking, make sure the road giving access to the city center is fixed, or you will have to choose between a 20 min. detour or riding a scooter. Very kind staff and very clean rooms. Breakfast buffet is adequate and the pool is great but could be cleaner. The resort is beautiful and a calm getaway not too far from the city center (if the road gets fixed). The shuttle to the city center hours could be better, they cutoff before supper which is pretty annoying. I would gladly book here again.

The Visesa Resort Ubud is a peaceful haven for visiting Ubud, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud centre, but close enough to reach Ubud quickly and easily. Our one bedroom pool villa was exquisite and everything we hoped it would be. But the most important and welcome aspect was the people. The staff, every single one of them, we're amazing. Happy, warm and friendly, they literally couldn't do enough for you. An absolute credit to Visesa!! Visesa also felt incredibly safe and secure including security verification for every taxi we arrived in. I would highly recommend Visesa Resort Ubud and if we arrive back in Bali again I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. 5 ⭐

Absolutely fantastic resort and the staff can not do enough to help. We would highly recommend this location. Just outside of the main strip in Ubud so it’s quite and the hotel run a shuttle taxi to and from the town 3 times a day.

Over the top amazing. Dungeon-like hallways into the room, bath-tub on the patio with the river below... just an excellent spot to unwind. A lot of activities offered just on-site... live music, feeding ducks and etc.
