"Beautiful safe property. The property was everything I wanted and more. I stayed with a group of 6. There was something for everyone. Private beach access with the sounds of the ocean from our condo. Pool for the kiddos and a playground area. I would definitely stay again!! Management was easy to get ahold of and made our stay extra special. space and space and "

"Very modern and updated living areas, great amenities and a stunning view! We stayed for my mother’s 60th and had 8 adults and 2 kids under 3. The house and views are great, there’s a market in walking distance with all your essential needs and great food nearby! Lenny was a fantastic host and checked in to make sure we had all we needed. We were greeted with a great welcome basket to really kick off our stay the right way!Note to parents with littles, it’s not the most toddler friendly inside but it’s doable when traveling with a group so someone can have eyes on the kids at all times. However, the outside being completely gated in is extremely toddler friendly!Overall, we loved the house and would stay there again! Highly recommend!"

"Not what we expected - but we made it work. Location near ‘beach’ is accurate; however, Tropical Beach is a disaster and not safe for swimming or even walking (littered with so much garbage and broken glass). Neighborhood was extremely loud with barking dogs all through the night (many stray dogs and cats). Rental spaces are very small (including bathrooms which were hard for people living in bigger bodies).Beds very basic (and not very comfortable). Some maintenance issues that we communicated (door that would close to bedroom, very loud heat pump unit, fridge leaking water/freezing food); also no generator backup for power outages which are frequent on island/in area. Bonus for us was the pool - though small, kids played/swam for hours many days! The patio space was great - shaded - and able to accommodate 6 for meals (no space for inside seating for meals for more than 2). Overall very basic rental; location loud, and generally not cleanly. We would not choose this location again. "
