Live like a local
Perfect location, very welcoming guest home and fantastic host. Spacious and private as advertised. Beach, forest and local attractions all close by. This is not a tourist trap, it’s a small friendly community that we truly enjoyed.

Very clean, excellent little launching point to see things in El Yunque and the Southeast coast of the island. Easy for a Culebra day trip too.

Great Stay for two!
Great location in a gated community and within minutes of the beach. This one-bedroom studio is attached to the back of a home. Very clean and modern with a cozy backyard.

Great place near where we wanted to go for the weekend
This is a beautiful little place. It is just as described with the pictures online. Perfect for just a couple or very small family. We absolutely loved the backyard. The owner, Adam, was quick replying back to us whenever I had questions. Gave us a bunch of yummy recommendations for places to eat including links to those places. He also provided very detailed information on how to get here. House is located inside a gated community very quiet and pretty little homes. We were all very impressed and happy with our stay. Will definitely stay again if I come near this area in the future. Highly recommend

Clean and Convenient
We enjoyed our time here. Adam is very responsive. Although the listing indicates a "kitchen," you should know that the sink and stove-top are located outdoors and are uncovered. So if it rains, you're out of luck. Same with the outdoor sitting area, which is situated under nice, festive lights that are attached, unfortunately, to an overhead design that does not keep out the rain.

Perfect Place
Our experience was excellent. Adam is a wonderful host. Place was clean, A/C worked very good, space was perfect. Close to “El Malecon” (2 mnts) where you can enjoy food with a great view. Also close to other vacation spots like Palmas del Mar, Fajardo, Luquillo and also where you can take the ferry to Vieques and Culebra.

We loved our stay at Adam’s. He gave us a walkthrough at checkin to show us all the features of the place and WOW! The outdoor space is fabulous, we played cards on the patio every night. Comfortable bed and the espresso machine was a treat. Will be back!

Great stay good location
Adam was a wonderful host. Patio was great, quit and beautiful. Adam treated us better than our own relatives! 20 minutes from Ceiba ferry, 15 minutes from Humacao for large box store grocery like walmart and Ralphs. Great restaurants within 15-20 minutes and 5 minutes to Naguabo beach and good restaurants . El Maketa had great seafood. Beds were very comforable. Even though space was small we spent most of our time on the patio. Adam was a perfect host and speaks english well.i d go back in a minute to stsy there. Quiet, secure gated community.

Perfect peaceful and comfortable retreat
Adam and his wife are gracious hosts. They stay out of the way, but are there at your disposition. I was looking for a quiet spot and this was the perfect location in a gated community. I felt like I stayed at a give star suite. It’s a 3 minute drive to the beach and restaurants.
