"We were so grateful that there was a generator so we had power! Location is very convenient both to shopping, beaches and close to San Juan. Luquillo has a cute Downtown with restaurants as well. The rooms are very small but was enough for the two of us. Buy cream or milk and breakfast items as they have coffee but only powdered creamer and not much for breakfast."

"This was a awesome spot in the rainforest proper. My room was very clean and very well done. Also there are spots on the property to lounge and sunbathe while looking at the river . Yesenia the host is very accommodating and easy to reach. You will have to go into town and buy some groceries and snacks cuz there's not a lot of food options nearby, especially if there's heavy rain and you're stuck inside"

Private Pool in Secluded Rainforest Setting, 1 Mile from PR3, Full Solar.

Island living

"The property is an oasis that invites you with a long and beautiful driveway. If you want to experience the sounds of a rainforest and a cup of coffee in a tropical hillside then this is the property for you. We were able to enjoy a family reunion and introduce our homeland to grandchildren. It was especially beneficial to have solar power and Cistern water when there was an island wide power outage. The highlights are Don Hector who was available nearby to assist in a friendly & welcoming demeanor. There were pets to admire and pet which the little kids appreciated. The large balcony was our favorite spot to gather as a family for meals. Finally, we made use of the kitchen to cook many meals and found that we had what was needed. "

Great experience!

"We loved the experience of this place-- listening to the coqui frogs at night, watching the rain on the trees from the balcony, exploring fruit trees on the property, cooking and dinner in the outdoor kitchen, and swimming in the pool. The hosts were proactive and set us up for an excellent stay. I appreciate their attention to detail. Thank you!"

Perfect for our party of 15!

"We visited P.R. Spring break 2025. This home was exactly what we needed. Our property manager “Ryan” was very responsive and took care of us immediately. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The home was overall very clean and having all needed supplies was a big plus. We definitely recommend this home. "

Villa Next To El Yunque Rainforest, A Little Paradise, 5-10 Mins From The Beach

Beautiful property

"We loved our stay at this house. We have younger kids and they loved exploring the yard and swimming in the pool. The view of the surrounding mountains and rainforest is amazing. The mosquitoes were only bad at dusk on the more humid days. Otherwise we spent a lot of time outside. The inside of the house comfortably slept 10 people. We would stay here again. "
