Walked to Grand Via, Puerta Del Sol and Plaza Mayor. Lots of shopping and sightseeing with a stop on the Grand Via on the Hop-on Hop-off buses. Clean and hip hotel."

"Overall, I didn’t mind staying at this hotel, but there were some less desirable things about the room. The mattress is firm, and not a good firm. The products in the bathroom all have very strong but random/different smells. It would be nice for the items to have the same scent. It’s very easy to hear people above you or out in the hallway. The elevators are slow and could use some updating/fixing of the display screen. The bathroom in the lobby is very bizarre and could use some updating. "

"We enjoyed our stay here on our first night in Madrid. It was very small and the AC did not work but such are European hotels. We are spoiled in the US. Things were clean. And the front desk attendant was helpful but not overly friendly"
