"I had a great stay. I did the half board, however there are many food options near by. I give Beatrice, working in the restaurant, 10/10 stars as she helped me in English get food that accommodated my allergies and remembered specially my needs from the first meeting. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The room was clean and felt new. I lived the separation of toilet and shower. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the towels were huge! I only wish there was more room...

"Some of the rooms are very isolated and the pillows are very uncomfortable to sleep with. The staff were quick and helpful and I liked the nice breakfast included. While the area is not the most charming one it is practical as it’s very close to downtown. "

"Great location, the check in process was smooth and easy. The room itself was basic and warm though the bed was a very small (I am 6"2 / 188cm) and I didnt fit well. Also, the bed was shacking every time I moved in bed. Overall basic and ok for the price and a night."
