"Had a great two weeks here with my wife to celebrate our birthdays. Special mentions for Lily and Shika from the Animation team. They were awesome. Ahmed "Freddie" from Victoria Pub for his hospitality. Also The staff and Chef in Felucca Seafood restaurant were amazing. Food in a la cartes was tremendous. Our room was cleaned and restocked by Rabea who was superb. All the staff from the Buffet were amazing, too many to name individually but couldn't do enough for us. Will visit again. Great Hotel. "A January gem. Not too busy. Spotlessly clean. Well maintained. Beautiful gardens. Polite, helpful, obliging staff. Amazing food. Very well managed. Great for adults only at this time of year. Nice beach. Plenty of sunbeds around the pools and on the beach. "

"I’ve stayed at the royal suite, Excellent hotel, friendly staff and very helpful,excellent room. Outstanding things: 1. We arrived very late at night 12am, They kindly prepared a complimentary dinner at our room for us, which was extremely helpful as all restaurants were closed. 2. The heated pool at the suite is amazing and it was such a standout that it will make us come back again specifically for this feature. "

"I’ve never been to an all inclusive before where everything costs extra - from fresh orange juice at breakfast to ice cream. It’s a real shame because the hotel has nice facilities but it’s ruined by the fact they’re trying to get more money out of you. The bar closes at 11pm and if you ask for more than two drinks (served in tiny glasses) the staff are often very rude to you. We’ve been to many all inclusive hotels and I’ve never experienced it before where the bar staff are so impolite. One barman slammed my mum’s drinks down because she asked for more than two. The food is ok but there’s often very large queues, which again we haven’t been used to at hotels of this standard. Sales people constantly go round the poolside trying to sell you trips and excursions, which is understandable but sometimes stops you from being able to relax. In the evening, the only area to sit and have a drink is by the entertainment, which is very loud. I think the hotel would benefit from opening another bar area or having the mini disco away from this main entertainment area. Due to these issues this hotel really doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. We’ve been to lots of similarly rated hotels (including other hotels in Egypt) and this is unfortunately the worst we’ve experienced in a while. If they improve their management and stop charging extra for everything this could be a great hotel!"

"Very good experience. Reasonable price. Two adjacent resorts to meet the needs for both children and adults. There is shuttle to the beach. The snorkeling at the beach is great. We enjoyed our stay. "

"Plus: truly beautiful resort, fantastic beach spot with access to corails, safe, friendly and dedicated staff, many swimming pools well maintained, very fair conditions overall and excellent value. Minus: way too much soliciting on beach (every 5min a salesperson come to you to sell something out of your all-inclusive package (they are the friendliest but do not understand they ruin our stay by harassing us). Some residents really lack manners and respect, can blatantly skip lines or listen loud videos on their phones without headphones, and this impacted mood but to be fair that is not the resort’s responsibility. The upgrade did significantly improve our overall experience, really worth it. "
