Ahmed "Freddie" from Victoria Pub for his hospitality. Also The staff and Chef in Felucca Seafood restaurant were amazing. Food in a la cartes was tremendous. Our room was cleaned and restocked by Rabea who was superb. All the staff from the Buffet were amazing, too many to name individually but couldn't do enough for us. Will visit again. Great Hotel. We arrived very late at night 12am, They kindly prepared a complimentary dinner at our room for us, which was extremely helpful as all restaurants were closed. 2. The heated pool at the suite is amazing and it was such a standout that it will make us come back again specifically for this feature. "
