"This was my 2nd stay at Prima Life & the high standard has been maintained. Ahmed kept my room very clean & i found him very helpful. Kamul's omelette tossing skills are 2nd to none & he always had a cheery smile no matter the hour. Mohammed on the dining room drinks was again always hpful & always cheerful. All the staff work hard to keep the whole resort clean even to collecting each morning any detritus that the guests have dropped in the sand like cigarette butts."

"I’ve never been to an all inclusive before where everything costs extra - from fresh orange juice at breakfast to ice cream. It’s a real shame because the hotel has nice facilities but it’s ruined by the fact they’re trying to get more money out of you. The bar closes at 11pm and if you ask for more than two drinks (served in tiny glasses) the staff are often very rude to you. "Our room was in need of renovation. New Year's Eve was chaotic, we had to run for so long with plates on our hands for us and the kids to a huge buffet. In the end we didn't eat anything. The worst thing was that we all got gastroenteritis. It must have been the food or the water there. The hotel does not offer any excursions. There is only one cab driver there who wants to rip off the guests. Stay away better frm these kind of hotels."
