"Amazing location for such a large city by Puerta del Sol. The Metro was so convenient to use as the stop/entrance was right by the hotel. Elevator access helped tremendously as we had large luggage. Located very close to lots of restaurants, shops and felt very safe. Staff was very friendly and helpful the entire stay "

"Everyone is very kind and accommodating. It’s easy to get to the metro (gps makes it seem father than it is) It’s just a 2 min walk. There are many supermarkets in the area. Bed is very comfortable. I would stay again. "

"The best hotel I've stayed at in Europe so far. The property is very new. They have some construction going on at the street level but that did not bother me. The breakfast is top notch. Could use some changes rather than same items daily. But everyone was courteous. The bed was super comfy the sheets like heaven. This is the perfect hotel "
