"A great location, wonderful staff, very good breakfast. Only negative is that the room was configured a bit awkwardly—a very large bathroom created by glass partitioning made for tight quarters elsewhere. But as problems go, that is about a 2 on a scale of 10. This is a beautiful, historic building (as you will learn), right by the Plaza Mayor. Highly recommended "

"Central location on Gran Vía. Big comfortable rooms. Amazing rooftop bar that had delicious cocktails. Added bonus in your room was plenty of free nonalcoholic beverages everyday. Restaurant was good too. Tried the grilled octopus which was delicious. "
