"Decent hotel. Great location - right off of the popular and touristy Gran Via street. The apartment had large floor to ceiling windows which were extremely good at soundproofing. However, due to the location in a very busy area of town, some sound still managed to come inside. This is a price you pay for the great location. Overall, a decent hotel at a great location."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Boutike Cibeles. The location was perfect for walking to see Retiro Park, the Prado museum, and the San Miguel market. There are also plenty of restaurants near the hotel as well. The master suite was large and spacious and having a kitchen with a washer was also very helpful. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. "Lovely friendly greeting on arrival. With a welcome drink and pastries. Efficient check in , and recommendations for a place to eat and drink with a voucher. Helpful information on travel etc. to visit sights. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, buffet style. Hot drinks and water available all day free of charge. Easy walk from the station, and walkable to all areas of interest we wanted to visit. Only down size is some noise from street cleaners in the early hours, but nothing can be done about...
