"We enjoyed the warm hospitality and had a relaxing stay. We had an outstanding experience-the staff were welcoming and friendly. They provided top customer service & and the rooms were luxurious, well maintained and comfortable. We paid extra for dining in and enjoyed the amenities. The food was amazing, all the attractions, accommodations, dining options, and transportation were close by. We enjoyed the hotels Spa services & recommend them highly. I would give this a 12/10 review."

"I stayed at a room designed by late Zaha Hadid. I felt if I was in another planet thanks to her extraordinary design taste. The location was good as it was only 5 minutes away from a subway station. Downside was there was no coffee maker (which is a standard at any hotel in the world) and they do not provide water bottles expect first two bottles no matter how long you stay (I stayed 3 nights)."
