"this place is just outside of luton (around a 5 minute drive). we arrived on the night and was greeted by a lovely man at the gate who asked for our booking (instantly made us feel safe). we were then told where to go and arrived to the mansion house where you can park right outside the building. we walked into reception and we were immediately greeted with smiles and the staff were incredibly kind. we were showed to our room which was absolutely amazing. we had a day at the spa, in luton and also in the pool facilities which were at lovely temperatures. we got into bed and were very upset to have to go home the next day so we made the decision to stay another night seeing as the staff were all very polite, well mannered and dressed. overall the staff were absolutely amazing and accommodated to our needs in an amazing way."

"Stayed 2days for the harry potter tour and the hotel was perfect for it. Close to trains buses and a big shopping centre just opposite hotel which has everything. Hotel is spotless .. staff friendly .. rooms clean and big. Breakfast was lovely aswell. Cant recommend this hotel enough. Definitely stay again. "

"Stayed overnight for one night at the beginning of a two week holiday and one night at the end and left our car there for two weeks. Really comfortable beds, excellent staff, lovely quiet hotel. Really close to Luton Airport. Will definitely use again."
