"Good stay at the Pear Tree Inn! Staff were great, calling me as I was arriving late and sending across a AVT invoice quickly (as there is no one there on checkout)! There is no hairdryer in the room - I didn’t realise this until the morning and there was no one downstairs to ask! "

"Stayed at this hotel on the 21/22 of september for the boxing at Wembley. As you can imagine hotel prices rocket. As for this hotel the price was very good a short taxi ride away or a 20 min walk. I found the hotel to be clean in a quiet safe area with plenty of shops and a great pub called the Preston near by. Andy who was on the reception was brilliant couldn’t help enough gave good advice and couldn’t help enough. Thank you for a great stay would highly recommend "

Just a short walk from both Luton Airport and the train station, it offered convenient access to the city. The accommodation was lovely and fully equipped with everything I needed. "The property is not located where advertised. It claims to be 1 minute away from the waterside theatre and therefore not far from the train station. This was very important to me and my wife who were travelling with several heavy bags and needed to be very close to both and this is the exact reason we booked it. However, it turns out it’s around 25 minute walk away from the theatre! As a result, we had to take a couple of Ubers back and forth and thought it only fair the host covers the cost...

"really stunning beautiful place , your in your own little world there and the clean and care put into the rooms is spectacular! However the area is a bit of a letdown just due to people throwing fireworks and the level of noise but that can’t be helped by the owner and it’s not a reflection on them at all it’s just a shame as it’s such a lovely place to say in itself. "

"I liked #20 because it was on ground floor. I shared this suite of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen with a friend. We made our own breakfast with cereals and fruit which was just fine. 5 minute walk to the Abbey. The place is an excellent value. "
