"This hotel was great for a short stay, we had a little balcony area and the breakfast was good for a quick bite. The price was very good and the staff were super friendly. I liked that the car park was secure and had a locked gate. "

"They cancelled by booking and sent me to another sister hotel only to find it closed and padlocked up. No notification from the hotel or Hotels.com or Expedia. No response to phone calls, emails before re confirmation of the move or complaining afterwards. Appalling customer service from all parties...and i've been in the industry 20 years."
