Let me tell you this property is top of the line. the staff is great, very helpful and interactive only if you want them to be. Carl and the crew killed this trip for me and my sales guys! If you are looking for a prime location off the windy shores of the ocean, with your own driver, chef, butlers, daily cleaning, and over all a all inclusive stay look no further, Did I mention they do your laundry as well. We all went home with clean clothes so no need to do it when you get home!! The best "

"S Hotel was a nice vibe ,enjoyed my stay. If you are looking for a party type all inclusive resort than its not that ,but they do have activites throughout the day. . 3 speciality restuarants on property an Italian, Jamican and seafood restuarant open for dinner only and they require reservations.They seem to always be booked. These restuarants are not open every day or have the same day every week that they are open. You have to go to the desk to ask what dinner restaurant is open and see if reservation is available... that's the only negative I have to say. There is a breakfast,lunch and dinner buffet open with variety of food options.Bar was open from 11am to 10pm. If you want premium liquor than thats an additional cost not included in all inclusive. There is a grill open throughout the day for pool and beach goers at Doctor Cave.The property is well kept you always see people cleaning and maintaence being done. The room was was very nice and spacious well decorated. The staff were friendly and service was great can't complain. Would definitely choose S hotel again."

"Service in the bar areas were slow! Sometimes they were kinda grumpy! You stood there a bit before they would ask what you wanted! I know there are sometimes and certain people might not be the kindest to them, but the average person sees this as rude!!!"
