A short ride away from the bustling cultural center of Montego Bay and Ocho Rios, SeaEsta is close enough to enjoy its large variety of attractions yet far enough for you to delight in some quiet in the Caribbean sun..
Tastefully furnished and decorated, SeaEsta was a labour of love for us, we oversaw every aspect from conception to construction to completion.

What a special week!
This was our first trip to Jamaica and Gizelle and her staff made it one to remember! I have never had such a relaxing vacation. We were spoiled with incredible food and drinks. The excursions that were recommended were such fun. The house was perfect for our group. We loved the huge pool and greenspace for the kids to play in. The adults' favorite spot was hanging out on the daybed under the tree just along the waters edge. We will highly recommend SeaEsta to any of our friends or family who want to visit Jamaica and hope that we are able to go back again some day.

Beautiful views with a Modern Feel
Without the wonderful staff and beautiful home and views we would of had disappointing trip. Our weather unexpectedly had brought us rain and clouds for most of our trip, but the staff and home with the water views made the difference. The home was easy for us all to connect and play games while watching the waves and the staff worked tirelessly to ensure we were well fed! Once the clouds cleared the pool, beach and yard allowed us to capture the rays in style!

We had an amazing stay, the staff was welcoming and would make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommande this villa to anyone traveling to Jamaica. If we ever go back to Jamaica we will book again SeaEsta villa.

Rest & Relaxation
This beautiful property and the friendly, attentive staff made our week perfect. Although we chose to venture out for a couple short activities, we could have easily spent all our time at this beautiful oasis. I’m grateful for the quiet, slow time with my family and the staff that allowed for rest and relaxation. My daughters loved the paddle boards, kayaks, sand toys, yard games, and crab hunting. The food and service were great.

Sea Esta in Jamaica
This was a very special stay for our family. Property is updated, spacious, clean, open concept surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The staff was welcoming, friendly and they not only attended to every need, but anticipated what our family liked. The pool was great for grandchildren and I never tired of the view of colorful Caribbean Sea. I don’t eat desserts however gained nine pounds in one week if that tells you anything about the cooking! Wonderful vacation home.

The perfect spot
The villa itself is beautiful - a really gorgeous design and feels safe and secure. My husband and I got married in an elopement style wedding in the garden - with only 3 guests - our parents. It was stunning - beautiful flowers and the pool is great. But the staff are the real sweetener for this place - Ritchie the chef's food is out of this world! We asked for an all Jamaican cuisine and he delivered. Best lobster we have ever had. Kemar and Travis were especially amazing - they really pulled out all the stops for making the place look beautiful. This is a team that go above and beyond to make your stay the very best! Don't bother staying elsewhere - this is a total gem of a place!

Simply Fantastic
I have never bothered writing a review in the past, but this place was so great that I had no choice. The space, both outdoor and indoor was perfect. The food was excellent, with the chef ensuring our 3 gluten free and two pescatarians had their own fare for every meal. The staff were wonderful. Thanks to Travis, Kamar, Ritchie and Pauline for a great holiday. We will be back!

Beautiful Villa, A+ staff
Could not have been a better stay. Richie (the chef) was incredible, every meal was perfection. Travis (butler) was attentive, friendly and so accommodating! Pauline (maid) was friendly and takes pride in her work. Kamar & Jason & Gizelle all contributed to the amazing hospitality that made the beautiful villa come to life with joy. I'll never stay at a resort again!
Amazing, amazing, amazing! I could write a book on how fabulous our stay was but I will keep it short and to the point. The pics are very accurate. The home is beautiful, Chef Richie-AMAZING, Keymar-very polite when taking us to and from the airport/excursions, Karolyn-so sweet, she even sang to me on my birthday, Kerome-always on top of everything! The entire staff made the stay 10x better, Jason was very helpful also with going over thing to do and giving estimates. It is safe to say that we will be back, it was worth every penny!

A week of relaxation and great dining at SeaEsta
We were two families with children for a total of 9. The house is fantastic with beautiful open air layout, which is nice for taking a break from the sun, but still feeling outside. Easy to find location (50min from airport) on a quiet bay that was great for swimming and paddleboarding. Comfortable bedding, nice open air showers in the two main bedroom, and modern TVs with Netflix/Disney+ which the kids greatly appreciated. In addition to two nice kayaks and three paddleboards, there were lots of pool toys, snorkel equipment, and nice beach towels. What made the experience truly special was the staff. Amazing ch

Truly magical!
What can we say about our week long stay at this beautiful, special place. It was truly magical! For as beautiful as the pictures in the listing are, they do no justice to the place in real life. Just…wow! While the place is amazing and the backdrop of the beautiful island of Jamaica was ideal, this trip was made perfect because of the wonderful staff of SeaEsta. Travis met our every need, even ones we didn’t know we had…he was beyond thoughtful! Ritchie…all we can say is let him work his magic with little direction. Every single meal was AMAZING. Carolyn ensured our spaces were clean and beautiful and our family loved every moment in the van with Kemar. Thank you for giving our families this special memory.

Unimaginable luxury vacation
From the moment we arrived, we felt pampered. Ritchie made amazing Jamaican dishes that even the kids loved and Travis served us frozen drinks all day and daiquiris for the kids whenever they asked. It was a parents dream come true. The adults had fun, the teens had fun and even the kids needs were taken care of. Jason arranged so many excursions and every detail was attended to. The view blew us away and the service was absolutely incredible. The beach was beautiful and very private and we loved looking for sea glass and shells on the beach and kayaking around the bay. We plan to be back!

Beautiful, Relaxing, Easy Stay
The property is beautiful! The layout and view were reminiscent of stays in Hawaii. In addition to the pool and the beach steps away, there is enough space in the house for everyone to gather comfortably, and for everyone to find space to be alone. The hosts were communicative and helpful. And the on-site staff were superb - extremely competent, friendly, flexible and committed to making our stay memorable. Chef Ritchie provided 4-star meals that were also beautiful to look at; Karoum, our butler/mixologist was a treasure, assuring that all our needs were met, and managing the staff to maximum performance. Pauline kept everything pristine, and Kamal got us everywhere we needed to go, on-time, and with a minimum of fuss. While it was expensive, it was absolutely worth every dollar - we've already booked for next year!

Fantastic vacation rental!
This was our first experience using VRBO and Gizelle made it all so easy for us! Gizelle’s property was recommended to us by a relative, and it was beyond our expectations. The property description and photo’s shown on the VRBO listing did not do the place justice. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Gizelle’s team! Chef Richie, Butler Krome, Driver & Grounds keeper Kemar, and Maid Pauline were all so kind and caring. They made it their missions to make sure we were well taken care of and that we had the best time while staying in their care. Chef Richie spoiled us with his talents, especially my 50th birthday meal which was fresh lobster & mussels. Our first visit to Jamaica was amazing thanks to Gizelle and her team and we can’t wait to go back and see them all again!!!

Breathtaking
The pictures do not do justice to this beautiful house, each room is amazing and the outdoor space is breathtaking. I stayed at this house with friends and family for my 40th birthday, and I am so happy I did. The staff was amazing and was able to execute everything I requested. From the massage ( which is the best I ever had) to the amazing food prepared by the chef for my birthday dinner. I was also able to have a bonfire on the beach, which was so beautiful.The home is breathtaking, and every little detail that went into building this house from the outdoor showers , to the pool reflects in its beauty. Giezelle stopped by to greet us, and made us feel at home. I can’t wait to return to this slice of heaven.

SeaEsta is simply the best!
I cannot say enough good things about this villa! Don't think, just book it! If I could rate beyond 5 stars I would! Communication with Gazelle and Jason was clear and concise! Chef Ritchie is amazing, one of the highlights of our trip was his spectacular meals - just let him take over in the kitchen and you will not be disappointed! Travis the butler made the best drinks and was very attentive to all of our needs! We LOVED Travis, he is such an asset to the staff! Caroline the housekeeper is the sweetest, she kept our rooms fresh and clean always with a smile on her face! Kemar does it all! We appreciated his safe driving and he kept the grounds looking like paradise! We had Gazelle book massages with the other Caroline, best hour of my life, totally worth doing and very reasonably priced! The villa was very spacious for our family, everything pictured looked even more amazing in person. Loved the open air concept. Pool was nicely maintained and you are just steps away from the beach! This was truly an amazing vacation, one of the top ones our family has been all thanks in part to the crew at SeaEsta, we left feeling like they were our Jamaican family! Just Book It!!!
I’m not even sure where to begin! My family and I recently returned from a 5 day stay at SeaEsta, and let me tell you…we returned home SUPER SPOILED!! The property was GORGEOUS!! The pics just don’t do it justice. The indoor/outdoor spaces, including the bathroom, the pool, the beachfront…The service that we received were top notch! Dylan was our butler, and made sure that we didn’t want for anything at all. Chef Richie made the most delicious meals!! Every day, all day long, he fed us everything we wanted, and fed us extremely well! And, Pauline always made sure that everything was clean and tidy. Jason and Gizelle both came by, SUPER nice people, and gave advice on, as well as coordinated a couple of private excursions for us. Such a memorable trip for our entire family. Don’t think about it…just book it!!!

Nothing short of Paradise
I’d give this stay 1 million stars if possible. Meeting Gizelle and her staff (Ritchie, Kenmar, Caroline & TRAVIS) was the portion of the trip that sent the ratings sky high. The property was first class. Clean. Quiet. Private. Staff was impeccable at all times. Dining was a treat each meal. Along with mealtimes being announced to us, each course was explained & presented professionally & very well done. Travis made sure we had drinks(specially made) and snacks, in addition to being there each meal. We were attended to whenever we needed anything. Caroline perfected the evening turn down service and assured the bedrooms were cool and clean. Jason presented all excursions and Kenmar took us there & made sure we felt safe everywhere. The beach was nice, a few rocks but shoes aren’t necessary. We took the paddle boards & kayaks out everyday. The location was beautiful and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. We will be back to this house. Hopefully nothing changes because it was beyond our expectations & perfect for our girls week away.

Amazing family getaway
Our entire experience at Sea Esta was defined by the fore-thought and intention at every step. The staff clearly takes pride in everything they do - from our greeting with cool towels and refreshments, the care and cleanliness of the property and amenities, and attention to every detail at each meal. The place settings were such beautiful touches with special consideration for the kids without us even mentioning. We highly recommend letting Chef Ritchie surprise you with his creative and absolutely mouth-watering dishes. He was able to please the palates of our whole crowd, which included pescatarians, kids and spice lovers. The property was breath-taking - an infinity pool of absolute perfect temperature with a shelf around the entire perimeter, rainforest showers in the double master rooms, being steps away from the beach shore, and multiple seating areas for our group of 10 to enjoy our time together comfortably and enjoy the views. We were also pleasantly surprised and enjoyed kayaking, snorkeling, cornhole, and s’mores by the beach bonfire. All in all, this group knows how to cater to your needs and you won’t be disappointed whatever vacation you are looking for.

A Perfect Beach Getaway
We had an absolutely perfect experience at this beautiful property. From the time we arrived until the moment we were at the airport departing our every need was met. We were greeted with hospitality and incredible service. Chef Richie worked incredibly hard to create amazing meals from breakfast through dinner each day. He even cooked special items for the children to ensure they always had their favorites as well. We can’t stop talking about the amazing job he did on creating the most perfect chocolate lovers birthday cake. Travis was amazing in making cocktails and ensuring that each day was memorable and carefree. Pauline and Kemar were incredibly helpful ensuring that daily up keep was always taken care of. Jason could not have been more helpful through our entire stay from excursions to Covid tests. Every detail we requested was fulfilled. A DJ, massages, beach yoga, and romantic beach meals were all arranged seamlessly. Gizelle was always responsive with any questions leading up to the stay. We are incredibly thankful for a wonderful stay and look forward to returning. It was a perfect getaway for our family and exceptionally kid friendly.

Memorable Christmas with family
To start off, the property is absolutely gorgeous. We were originally attracted to the property because of the pictures posted online, but what we saw when we arrived surpassed any expectations. The villa is beautifully located right on the water, very well designed with a modern Caribbean aesthetic. The grounds are meticulously maintained and immaculate. It is a perfect venue for hosting close family or friends, especially if you are looking for quiet time and relaxation. As amazing as the villa is, it was the staff that truly made the experience what it was. From arrival everyone was extremely profesional, welcoming and attentive. Chef Richie blew us away every day with a huge variety of Jamaican dishes (which was our stated preference prior to arrival). All meals tasted amazing and we were particularly delighted by his accommodation of gluten free options. Meals were really one of the highlights of our stay and easily surpassed anything you can get at resorts. Our advice would be to leave the meal planning to Chef Richie and let him surprise you each day. You won’t be disappointed! The rest of the staff (butler Travis, housekeeper Carolyne and groundsman Kemar) all did a fantastic job catering to our needs and keeping the property immaculate. To sum it up, we were looking for a property to host our family for Christmas and SeaEsta delivered well above expectations. We will cherish those memories for a long time and cannot wait to visit again.

Incredible Place and Experience
This house was stunning! The pictures totally do not do it justice! On top of the beautiful property is the even more incredible people who work there! Chef Ritchie made our wish list come true and went above and beyond with every delicious meal. Everton, the butler, was always available to meet our every need. He made coffee first thing each morning, prepared milkshakes, smoothies, and pina coladas for the kids, and served the adults cocktails by the beach or pool. He set a beautiful table three meals a day. Anything we asked for, he and Ritchie made it happen. We miss them already! We felt like we were living a dream life. Carolyn, the housekeeper, was there to tidy, and make/turn down the beds each day. She ensured our towels and beach towels were fresh each morning! Her smile brightened our days too! The grounds keeper and driver, Kemar, was kind, charismatic and accommodating! He took us on two excursions in the 10 passenger van, Dunns River and the bioluminescent lagoon! Both experiences were ones for the record books. Our group that included 7 children under 11, could not have had a more enjoyable week! We will definitely return next year!
