"It is really a very nice house. Coffee pot was dirty, few towels, and one had paint on it. Spiders everywhere - including the bed. Shower needed scrubbing. New carpeting and painted recently, but needs much better house cleaning."

"This place has literally everything you can ask for when staying on Clearlake. So much space for a large family and for having others over for a BBQ. I asked my group what is one negative thing and they could not think of anything. We will be staying every year going forward this is our place. One major advantage is that the rental company for lake toys is right next door. We had the best time staying at this house. I have rented a lot of places over the years and this was by far the best one."

"My spouse and I wanted to stay in this area to stargaze with our basic telescope. The cottage has a beautiful view of the sky. A couple of bowls in the cupboard has been put away without being cleaned first, but our stay was otherwise great. Nicole was very responsive and kind."

"This house has everything! We spent our whole week hanging out at the house, enjoying the view of the lake (from the living room, the deck, the hot tub). The rain kept us from adventuring out, but we stayed busy & entertained the whole time playing pool & games, cooking, watching mysteries and just enjoying time together. Inside of modular was very comfortable clean and modern i think we were given a great description of the inside it did not disappoint but it was described as a house in the discription so that was I felt a little misleading that being said once we we settled in and began to enjoy our time we all quickly realized we were happy and loved our time there the host responded to us anytime we needed anything and they were happy to help us with anything so I would...

"Overall I was quite impressed. The view and the location on the water is exceptional. The only negatives is the road from the main road. It's not very long, and it is drivable, but it is very disconcerting. The only other issue is there's three levels so you're going up and down quite a few stairs, stairs and no bathroom on the main level"
