"We had such a great stay here after a late arrival into NYC. The area is so quiet and it was wonderful to wake up and enjoy a coffee on the deck with such beautiful surroundings. The host's communication was perfect and the apartment had everything we needed. Thank you!"

"For starters, finding a place for 10 people for this rate isn't easy, so all said, this is a great find for a larger group. Its an older place, beat up, but thats too be expected. Bottom line for all 10 of us: - Beds were comfy - AC is working, so nice to have. We needed it. - Location is great. 20 - 30 min walk to everything. - Host communicated very well with us - Everything worked, no issues. - Shower was hot Its a good deal if your a large group."

"Nice property, host was not super helpful with any direction for newcomers as to where any local spots might be, how to get around town and over to manhatten, where to eat, where the subway was, grocery and liquor stores etc. Being our first visit would have been super helpfuloufvvistvisit...areaarewould have been"

"This was a beautiful space for us to spend Thanksgiving. The subway was a nice 20 minute walk and the neighborhood and neighbors were friendly and interesting. The space was restful, homey, and included everything we needed. Our host was helpful and always available with great information before we arrived. I can’t wait to return."

"I thought this property would be an entire apartment but there were other guests staying there in the apartment with me. That was the only downside but otherwise great experience. "

"Able to low the prices by making better deal. It was the hotel I been in my life. I wish I would could stay longer there. Especially couple like me and my boyfriend/husband we are homeless at moment. Once in while we sleep in the park or the beach since we don’t have enough money pay for it. Even thou I’m able to get over get by the morning since I work overnight shift. My boyfriend/ husband doesn’t work at all. Just let us finish paying in the morning. We want to go back to the hotel it was lot...
