"I just needed a night in the city and a bed and this worked. The sensor to get to the lockbox doesn't always react, but it was fine otherwise. Not far from a train station either. Really clean and met my simple needs. "

"Just to be clear, when you rent this place, you are paying to get 3 bedrooms in a great spot in Manhattan and it was definitely that. The checkin and communication were great, there is a subway stop 10 steps from the front door (or across the street for going uptown), and our two adult kids each had their own bedroom without us paying for 3 hotel rooms.The place itself has some shortcomings and I wouldn't plan on doing any kitchen work beyond reheating, but if you're coming to NY to do your own...

"I really loved the area this apartment is in. Right in the heart of china town. Shops and restaurants all around. The apartment is a nice size for New York prices. We could see right into the street from the main bedroom. However, the trash trucks were a little loud at night in that bedroom. "The apartment is close to lots of casual dining options, and in convenient proximity to subways. Ubers were immediately available too. Host was very responsive to our inquiries about local spots etc. "

"This is a dream VRBO for NYC! The apartment is exactly as pictured. The location was absolutely amazing with restaurants and stores all around and easy to get to the subway, as well as walking to cool stuff. "Great unit in Jersey City minutes from Liberty State Park & convenient to get into NYC. I was traveling with my six-year-old taking him to the Big Apple for the first time. It was a cold week in New York so we were grateful for having a comfortable home to seek refuge and hang out. Didn't see as many site as I had planned, but he had a great time. Thank you."

"This apartment is even better than the listings and pictures suggest. It’s a ground floor apartment that runs the entire depth of the building from the Street to the back. "We had a lovely stay with everything we could possibly need available and handy. Affordable public transportation is easily accessed from this Hamilton Heights hideaway. The weather was a bit too chilly and windy to use the backyard patio, but we look forward to returning to this same rental during warmer weather. A GEM!! but"

"This is a great property, however , a little dated and in need of renovation badly. I like they have parking and it’s very close to everything… with a few million in renovations this place could be one of the top hotels for tourists in NYC!"
