"My coworkers and I rented this for a trip to New Jersey and New York.The house is older, but well cared for. It is quite spacious, especially for the area.There are 2 flights of stairs, not just one as indicated by "Second floor" in the listing. We were carrying television gear and navigating the 2 flights of stairs was more than I would have liked or agreed to by booking.The "always available" parking is deceptive. You are not allowed to park on the street in front of the house, but on the...

"Really enjoyed our stay. Three nights in a very clean, bright and comfortable room. Staff was attentive. Two blocks to subway. Hotel was quiet. Outside, not so much. Could be that we were there during UN General Assembly so lots of sirens and traffic. But that was a NYC thing and not the responsibility of the Hilton on West 57th Club. "

"Loved our stay at this Brooklyn location. Nice, new property. Fairly short walk to the subway and easy to get to Manhattan. Walkable neighborhood with lots of different shops. "

"We enjoyed our stay, this was great for our family to explore NYC during the day and have a clean and cozy home to come back to at night. "We enjoyed the diversity of the neighborhood especially the cosy and authentic cafes and restaurants. The view from this side into Manhattan was spectacular. The unit was not as presented on the website. Also there was a double booking of one day that we were informed of about two weeks before our stay. Still waiting for a refund. Transportation into manhattan was easy to negotiate."

"What a gem! I was nervous about the virtual front desk but it worked out wonderfully. They allowed me to check in early which was a blessing on a cold January day! The room was compact but well put together. Great to have a fridge, tea, microwave and sound machine. I was able to make the room nice and warm during the day and cool at night to sleep. Also - the sheets smelled wonderful. My only suggestion is to allow the shower water to get hotter. Five stars!!"

Had an excellent stay!

"We really enjoyed this hotel. The location is perfect for tourists. The elevator system is effecient after you learn how to use it (there are kiosks near them to select the floor you want). The lobby is under construction, but we had read that before coming and were not caught by surprise. Baggage hold company was quick and efficient if you need them to watch you bags before or after check out ($6 per bag). Doorman was great at giving us tip of how to best execute our plans and getting us a cab when needed. The room cleaning was also great. Best we could remeber since Covid for sure. We were given a credit for each night for their lounge area which is a baby starbucks during the day and bar by night. But this was great to get drinks and snacks in the morning before heading out for site seeing. We will definitely stay here again."

"We will definitely return to the Arlo Midtown! Alex greeted us when we arrived at the front desk and made us feel so welcome and then every morning the staff in the restaurant started our days off with the most incredible food! Fernando especially was our favourite server - but seriously the food is IN-sane - huge portions of delicious breakfast treats like overnight oats with coconut cream and pistachio!! Beautiful, fluffy pancakes with mascarpone whipped cream and berries! Avocado toast with perfectly poached eggs! I love having a big breakfast before walking 15-20kms everyday seeing the sights. The hotel was very comfortable and close to the metro stations. Closest hotel to MSG if you’re coming for a game. Also, it just smells incredible when you walk in the door! If I come back I’d ask to stay on a higher floor just because the noise from the lobby started at 7ish. Otherwise an ideal stay! "
