"Property manager (not the owner) sent erroneous check-in information which was a bad way to start the vacation, but after getting that straightened out, all else was more than satisfactory. Property owner checked in during our stay to ensure all was okay. "Overall it was good, I wish our porch was facing the sun so we could enjoy the outside more as it was a little chilly. The house was clean except the floors, instead of vacuuming they needed a good sweeping and mopping! Communication with management and staff was almost non existent! We didn’t have garbage bags, dishwasher soap, or a stopper for the sink so we always had to use the dishwasher! When I texted the manager it took days for their team to respond!"

We didn't need to interact during the stay, because everything about the house lived up to its description. It is a renovated 1940s era cottage, which some will probably consider to be a little drafty in really cold weather.
