"This house has a LOT of space. Which is great for a large group. I will say, the reviews did not lie--the layout is very strange. It is good in a way because if you have a lot of guests, you don't feel like you are on top of one another. The staircases on the back side of the house are STEEP. If you have any kind of disability or immobility they are not friendly at all. But the front of the house has more regular steps, still a bit steep. "I booked the condo for various reasons and one was for the outdoor swimming pool but the was construction taking place in the exact same parking lot for a building 500ft beside the location so the pool so not available for use. That sucked being that i couldn’t swim in ocean water and had high hopes of enjoying an outdoor pool. If I had of known before booking than I probably wouldn’t have booked the location"

"Our extended family of smaller families were able to all gather together and have the best time. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the game room. The bunk beds were a great size and could hold at least 8 kiddos. We loved having all of the bed options with the pull out couches.
