"The property is a lovely 100 year old home with modern appliances and clean furniture, located in a quiet neighborhood near plenty of restaurants. Visitors should understand power plugs requiring 3-prongs might not be usable in many of the rooms due to old wiring/outlets, and there are no outlets in the hallway bathroom. Host immediately responded to texts. Would recommend to friends & would stay there again."

"I wanted to take my family for a weekend trip to the Christmas festival in Wetumpka. The event was incredible and capped with a water-skiing Santa and a firework show that would rival New York City. The house was perfect for our trip. It was built in the 40's and had a wonderful small town southern charm. I'll be back to Wetumpka and hopefully get to stay here again. "

"This property is so nice. My family had a wonderful Merry Christmas. This property has plenty of space. The deck is very nice at night. We build a fire in the fireplace watching TV.I will return next year during the summer. We will try the pool.LL"

"I hate to leave a review for fear that this property wont be avaliable the next time i want to use it!! Beautiful views, sooo much room that you can be alone if you want or in the middle of the group. Thanks to the owner for such a great place!"

"Stayed for two nights with my golf group for a couple of days playing the Capitol Hill courses. What a wonderful property to spend time at. Minutes from the course and a multitude of restaurants, which would be great had we not cooked in the wonderful kitchen"

"We had a great stay here for my son's graduation from Auburn. The house was clean, well supplied and the perfect size for our large family. The dockwas an easy walk for the youngest and oldest of our group. "

The backyard has a 3000 gallon koi pond with 3 waterfalls.

"I loved and enjoyed this beautiful little house with the lovely backyard. The home was very comfortable with clear instructions provided. There are many sitting places inside not to mention the outside. I loved the deck, the pond, the water features. It is a perfect place to catch ones breath. I would definitely stay in this location again and already have some friends that are interested in experiencing the Oasis. Loved it!"

"Had a wonderful time with family (including 2 dogs). Home was clean and had everything we needed including a well stocked kitchen to make Thanksgiving dinner. Dogs loved playing in the lake. Justin & Bruce were very kind and responsive. Would stay here again."

"We came to Wetumka for a family reunion. In our party, we had an 11 year old, a 15 year old and nine adults. The house is huge and we all had adequate room; there were comfortable beds for everyone; activities for all ages to include fishing, taking the pontoon boat out to explore Lake Jordan;, relaxing on the huge deck; watching tv in almost every room. This list could go on and on. The host for this special place could not have been more responsive!Thank you, Alyson!!! I recommend this...
