"Wonderful place abt. 45 min from shore and 45 minutes from where we were attending the Fort Mimms reenactment. We were greated with some nice muscadine juice and some homemade strawberry rolls from the gift shop. Only complaint is the beds were a little hard."

"Overall well maintained property. Disappointed that there wasn't a whirlpool per advertisement, unless I didn't read it correctly. Disappointed that I had to pay a cleaning fee and walked in to dead bugs on the floor, behind the nighstand which was noticed upon plugging up my charger, crushed bug in the cabinets. "Cabin was just the right size for me and my three boys. Listing said that it sleeps 4 but that’s if you have small kids. Four adults would probably be too much unless you bring an air mattress. Very clean and the air conditioning works great. Fire pit outside is very nice to sit around (had lights and bluetooth speakers). Also, if you like sitting on the front porch this is a place for you. "Enjoyed our stay. It was like a secret mountain hide away right in the middle of town. Perfect for what we needed and more relaxing than a hotel. Really enjoyed sitting around the fire pit. Will definitely consider renting again. "
