"Requested a non smoking room, room had definitely been smoked in, as noted by the strong odour and cigarette burn marks on the bed spread. The room was not what was reserved. Very dirty as well, I went to the store and bought cleaning products as there were noticeable black dirty smudges on the head board, all of the flat surfaces and the light switches. We ended up leaving and finding a new hotel, hotels.com was unable to negotiate a refund either. "

"Fantastic customer service and really lovely hotel, clean and located in a lovely area not far from the centre only a 20 minute walk with some lovely picturesque views when crossing the bridge. Would highly recommend. Only niggle was the Netflix wasn’t connecting for us which wasn’t much bother and we didn’t really ask to get it fixed"
