"Great location since it was next to the Giralda tower and many restaurants were located around the area. Also walking distance to the tram station or bus tours pick up/ drop off stations. Comfortable beds and great AC unit. Hard to find an actual AC that really cools down the room in Europe. Very quiet rooms. Easy check in and they were very helpful booking tours at the reception for you. Rooms was clean but shower area needed some attention for mold"

"We love the staff! They make every effort to make customers happy. We didnt care for the room because it was warm and there is no air conditioning but they showed us another room that we could stay in for the night until the next day where they could find us another room that might be more airy and cool. The breadast is wonderful with alot of choices and the staff there are very attentive. The lobby and rooms are more modern and very clean. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel was under renovation, so there was a temporary reception, but this was no problem. We had a renovated room very modern walk in shower everything good "

"Good location to town center although too far from airport and train. Small lobby area. No restaurant but a private restaurant is next door. "
