"What started out as possible issue was dealt with by hotel staff and management in the most professional manner. We stayed in a larger room at the back of the hotel and overlooking the courtyard. Size was great and it’s modern and clean. It’s also a very quiet room. Staff and management were courteous and professional at all times. Thank you to Manuel who when above and beyond. The hotel is very well located and close to all attractions and within walking distance. Loads of good food options close by. It’s a 10 min taxi/uber ride to the train station. Highly recommended. "

"Close to the old town. Great restaurants close by. The small breakfast menu had good choices. The filled croissant we chose for breakfast was very, very good. Hotel staff was very friendly. The only negative was that wall are not soundproof, but almost expected by old buildings like that. All in all we where happy with our choice."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel just a few minutes walk from the Cathedral. Such a good price for such an excellent location. A little noise from the nearby bars at night but you're always going to get that in a city centre location. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were lovely and friendly. If you're looking for luxury in some soulless hotel chain this isn't for you but if you love a beautiful historical building full of character you will love this. If we get the chance to come back to Seville we will definitely stay here again."
