Lovely quiet hotel. The rooms are very clean and have lots of extras - free bottles of water, tea, coffee, bathrobes/slippers, iron. Shower is clean and powerful and the hairdryer works very well. Every site is walkable and plenty of bars/restaurants nearby. The staff are all lovely, friendly and helpful. I would totally recommend this hotel.

Very poor treatment to a client, I have travelled to so many countries, this is the worst hotel I have ever seen. They put a nail on floor and which nailed my foot with blood coming out, they gave me a bandage and asked me if I have insurance I can go to see a doctor, and said their manager was out of the hotel, they can’t do anything. I was not able to walk too long in coming days with lot of tickets booked, but when I checked out, from the hotel there was not any apologies as the reception was not awared of what has happened to me. They have destroyed my trip without saying any words from this lousy hotel. Please just be careful of this hotel.

This property oozes charm. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the friendly staff. While the property is older, it is very well maintained. There are SO many dining options around here and it was easily walkable to all the major sites. They have a restaurant that is connected that was a great option after a long day. Highly recommend this hotel!

Both the check in receptionist, Alberto, and the morning receptionist, Alisa, were extremely nice and helpful. My room was quite large and attractive and well appointed, including a usable desk, Nice nightstand with well position wall sockets for charging my phone and a coffee maker.

Location is great. Staff at the front desk was very kind. The facility should be improved seems to be quite old and not well maintained. The elevator was really bad and very small. Parking was expensive since the hotel does not offer its own.

Loved my stay here and celebrating my birthday. It is in a great location in lovely Seville. Easily walkable to shops and restaurants. Felt like a queen in the room and loved how they restock their toiletries daily. Definitely recommend!

The property is Not a boutique, I learned that word is applied to hotels with 45 rooms or less… The air did not work spent 2 days sweating and uncomfortable. Rooms are very outdated, old dusty silk flowers did not help! Would not stay again

Wonderful place EXCEPT they turned the A/C system off for the season yesterday and the hotel room is uncomfortably warm. They have no fans to loan and the street noise makes is impossible to sleep with the terrace door open. It is an absolute deal breaker and we never would have considered staying here had we known.
