The room was very clean and modern and the hotel is in a great area. However it can be a little loud outside so beware of that. In addition the air conditioning was centralized so you could not adjust it and I found it a little hot sometimes. But overall a great hotel with an awesome location.

Lovely place to stay in a fantastic location in central Seville. Staff were genuine, friendly and helpful. Decor and design was well thought out throughout. The coffee shop downstairs is a bonus! One thing to note is the semi-poor soundproofing, there is minimal noise from the street but the walls between rooms are thin. Would also recommend adding a bin into the bedroom as we had nowhere to put our rubbish! Overall a really pleasant stay.

Great location; extraordinary staff - efficient and friendly. Minimalist modern boutique hotel conveniently located (taxi or Uber drop off a block away), quiet yet surrounded by trendy stores and cafe. We would recommend this as a great place to stay.

Thankful we only stayed one night here. The hotel has a modern, minimalistic design and when I saw photos and the price, I knew I had to book a room at this new boutique hotel. However, our experience did not meet expectations. There is no phone in the room and no fridge. At midnight, we got a loud knock on our door. We were at first perplexed as to why there'd be a knock this late in the night. The knock continued and finally we asked who it was and what they needed. The guy asked if everything is okay because the alarm in our room went off. Hmm, we didn't hear anything or any sort of alarm. Then an hour later, we showered and the drain clogged up so badly that the water flowed out of the bathroom and flooded into the hotel room, soaking our suitcase and everything on the floor! There is no phone, so my husband had to take the lift down to get towels. The receptionist was not alarmed when we told him about the flooding in our room and simply gave us only two towels which were not enough for the amount of water flooding. The next morning when we checked out, we told the other receptionist about the flooding and her response was a cold "so?" Not even an apology. Another big issue is that the walls are ultra ultra thin. We kept hearing slippers shuffling, and it alarmed my husband throughout the night as he thought someone was walking around in our room. A plus is that the checkout time is at noon, which gave us time to sleep in before heading to the airport.

Very accessible from bus station…quiet, clean room…reception unbelievably helpful recommending local “non-tourist” restaurants…we wanted to extend stay but was sold out…most definitely will stay again!

The hotel is in a pedestrianised shopping area. Most of the places of interest are in the Centro and Santa Cruz areas. The hotel is in Centro, a short walk from Metropol Parasol (the mushroom) and the Cathedral. It's easy enough to walk anywhere from the hotel, even if you wish to cross the river into the Triana district (which I did) - it's all walkable. So I would say that it's in a fab location. I had a basic room, plenty big enough for a solo traveller like me, or a couple. It was cleaned every day and the bed was comfortable. Free wifi. It has a wonderful powerful shower, air conditioning, a safe, TV and hairdryer. Towels are provided. There is no kettle though. I understand there is a room in which to get coffee, but I didn't visit it. Luggage was safely stored after checkout time and before I had to depart. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The location is awesome. Very central and in a nice new shopping area that is still under construction so you will wake up to the noise of workers and clinging metal. A brand new hotel, small room but clean. AC was too strong for this small room. You turn it off and it is too hot. You turn it on at 23C and it feels like 18C. Got sick due to the AC. You can hear your neighbors, no soundproofing whatsoever. The bed is stiff and makes a terrible noise. Staff is friendly and helpful. Again location is so good, you can walk to all the great momuments and have a ton of restaurant options around the area. Close by Las setas (8 min walk), Alcazar (11 min) etc..

Our stay at Letoh was great! We extended our stay in Seville last minute and Letoh was able to take us in. Staff is very friendly and makes sure to greet you every time in the lobby. I wanna give a shoutout to one particular staff, Anna, she was very helpful during our stay and accommodated to my partner and I in every way. She always went above and beyond for us and made our stay go as smoothly as possible - hence on our last night I made sure to grab her name! Only downside to our stay was a “wet” smell in the room. It seemed to have been coming from the A/C and there was nothing we could do about it so we kept the windows open to minimize the odour. Besides that our stay was incredible and thank you to Anna!
