"A beautiful space in the midst of a renovation. The staff were okay, some more accommodating than others. A smile and a nod can go a long way to bridge a language barrier. It was great to have a shuttle to the metro but it would have been nice to know that when I checked in."

"2nd time at the hotel where here last year and left a review so very much more of the same. Had an internal window this time was quieter and to be candid the balcony onto the Main Street was not very usable . As before nice rooms , great service and very good location we will return if in Seville "
