"Great Stay! It is so peaceful and quiet. Has amazing views and the suite was very large and comfortable. Only negative is the distance from the main city and the roads getting there are very inconvenient. Did not seem safe while I was driving through the neighboring area."

The beach is walking distance so are other restaurants if you want other options and Ocean World is also walking distance away. "It was my fourth time staying at Casa Jum. When driving from New York with the night flight, we land at 2 AM, and spending the night in Santiago is most convenient. The hostel staff will communicate with you in advance about your arrival time, so the night guard was aware. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, there is hot water and AC in all rooms.
