"We enjoyed staying in the property so much! There was a lot of room, we were pleasantly surprised. We enjoyed playing bumper pool, it was a fun evening activity to do. Having coffee, creamer and eggs were a huge bonus and we are grateful for it! Everything was very clean and the pillows were very comfortable, so rare in a hotel or rental property. All of the extras like shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer were awesome to have. It was very peaceful and a nice stay. Thanks!"

"The house was everything we had hoped for and so much more! Virginia was an excellent host. She provided us with a bunch of recommendations for places to see and eat. "We were very happy with our two nights stay at Pat's place. She was absolutely wonderful to deal with, and everything was as hassle free as checking into a five star hotel. Will absolutely stay here again the next time we do a tour of the Bourbon Trail. No complaints whatsoever, and I can be a very difficult person to please when it comes to staying at somebody else's place. Thank you, Pat for your graciousness and making everything hassle free!"

"The VIEWS!!! Top Notch! We had the best time! It was so wonderful getting away from the hustle of life and relaxing with some spectacular views and the hot tub! House was beautiful and had everything we would need during our stay! The little town, Raywick, was adorable and has a fantastic restaurant there named Backroad Burger! So Delicious and everyone was so nice! We have not been able to stop raving about our trip to our family! We definitely plan to come back!"

"From the first step into the property we felt like we were staying a a family memebers house. This property is amazing and perfect for a weekend getaway bourbon trip with the guys. All rooms are very seperated and private. The gathering areas like the kitchen , dining room , living rooms, and poot table room are perfect to finish the night and chat about the day. Definitely will come back "

The communication with the host before, during and after was very good. There were good check in instructions, manual onsite and good detail on how to leave the home when checking out.
