"It was a really precious place in the heart of Downtown Bardstown!!! It was very clean and the owners were helpful!!! The bed was comfortable and the kitchen spacious. We enjoyed the walkability of the location immensely. The water presure was spectaclar and tons of hot water for a deep soak in a cast iron tub!!! "You wouldn’t know this bungalow is just a block from anything you would need in the way of groceries, shopping, restaurants. Very clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is, other than a great assortment of pots, pans, skillets, and knives, there was nothing else to cook with. No mixing/serving bowls, no bakeware, very little flatware. I was constantly washing dishes (we ate all our meals in). I had to buy a can opener which I left for the next guest. But we made do and really enjoyed our stay....

"We had a wonderful stay at this property and the hosts had thought of every detail. The property felt very welcoming. The home was impeccably clean. The house were in constant communication and I felt like I could reach out to them if we needed anything, but we had everything we needed and more. "It was a nice house in a good location. The price was reasonable. It had two bathrooms, but I was expecting a master bedroom and the bathroom was next to the room. Also, two of the bedrooms were upstairs, but both bathrooms were on the first floor. The owner expected us to have the dishes cleaned and put away among other requirements instead of just running the dishwasher. Plus, we had to get out by 10 a.m. We thought that was a bit much."

"Stayed at this property as our home base for doing the bourbon trail. House is fairly new and clean. It may not get rented out as much because it did have an unused smell when we first arrived. Plenty of towels and furniture was very comfortable. We had fun in the game room in the basement after our daily travels! Be aware that this property is located out in the country where the roads are very dark and curvy and some of the roads are only 1 lane making it a bit stressful to drive at...

"We booked this house for Thanksgiving week to get together with family who live close by. It was perfect for the 8 of us who traveled, plus the others who were able to join us on Thanksgiving day for dinner and games. There was plenty of room and seating for all of us. The rooms were very roomy and comfy. The one floor plan was perfect due to my mobility issues; and the host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again. "
